No oil pressure when cold

When it's cold in the morning the oil pressure reads zero or just barely moves a hair. After about 5+ minutes, it reads around normal, 4+ on the factory guage.

Thoughts?

Get a real oil pressure gauge, I don't trust those stock ones - old and garbage.

That's normal for a stock gauge... they just stop working very good after a certain while.

I was a dirty sensor. I cleaned it and it appears to be working. I was really all that worried, you know, because the car still ran.

Thanks.
