No Idle When Hot!

Just a few days ago after driving on a highway stretch and approaching a red light when coming into town, my car died when I stopped. Every time I come to a stop now I have no idle, it will either die out completely or it will dip up and down a few times and die itself out. Before this it drove fine. About a year ago I replaced all the vacuum lines so I doubt I have any leaks there. When the car is cold it doesnt fast idle every time now either, but it keeps its idle until the car gets to normal operating temperature. Once it gets to normal operating tempurature is when I have problems. I'm guessing its the TPS or the water thermo sensor. Any suggestions where I should start looking let me know. I'm getting tired of pulling the ebrake coming to stops through town with my foot on the gas. The car is a 91 non turbo.

He's got a new streetport engine from last year. And his vacuum hoses are very soft/new.

also check your BAC (Bypass Air Control). This is what keeps your idle up when under load when stopped. I'm betting it's this.
