No idle only when cold & flooding.
When I first start my '87 tII it does not like to idle for like 2 mins.? then it will.Then when it is fully warmed up and I shut it off sometimes it wont start back up unless I pull the EGI fuse, crank it.Put the fuse back in and it starts write up.How can I stop this?
No rotary, no problems?

More than likely you have leaking fuel injectors from the symptoms you listed. You can take them out of the car and have a shop clean them for you, or you can purchase new ones or upgraded ones.
