Question no idle at all :(

ok i start the sucker up it goes to a couple k RPM then drops and dies i tryed adjusting the screw on top but that doesnt make much diffrence and i dont know how to check the tps lol. my haynes says its prolly a leak in the intake manifold. but where should i start? any ideas? oh background, i just swaped in this motor from a diffrent car, removed OMP stuff, i sealed UIM with gasket sealing as the gasket already on was fine but i wanted to make sure. i also removed acv and air pump and pluged any lines i could find throttle body is only one i think? also sealed acv and omp blockoff plates with gasket sealer.
