No fuel = no start can't figure it out.
1990 Turbo
Stock everything engine wise
I have everything installed in the car and the car cranks there is spark but there is not fuel at all if i manually check the injectors they click distinctly. so I know they work, the fuel is making it through the system, but still nothing... can't figure it out.
The afm checks out... and so does the TPS. there is power on all of the injector pins at the ecu.
Also I am having trouble getting the Fuel pump to run without the jumper wire, but I suspect that is a relay failure.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

all right hereis a simple test remove the air filter box and with your hand push the flap in with the key in the run position and listen for a relay or fuel pump have someone inside the car because the relay is undetneath the driver side if you hear a clik but not a fuel pump
suspect a bad fuel pump if u hear the pump but no fuel its probable the feed tube inside the tank it clogs if the car sits long if this does not work or let me know the results of this test, maybe i can help more

well the fuel pump runs when the check connector is bridged, so i know the fuel pump works, the relay under the dash is the Circuit opening relay and it is working correctly. and the fuel pump feed line screen and all that is clean, as I installed the stock pump not too long ago and the car hasn't ran since.

Remove the RETURN line at the engine and put a spare piece of tubing on the hardline on the engine it was attached to. Put the other end of the spare piece of tubing in a bucket/jar/ whatever.
Jumper the fuel pump check connector. Turn the key to ON. Did fuel flow into the bucket/jar/whatever? Yes or nope?
It shouldn't come to this. Just jumpering the fuel pump check connector with the key to ON, you should be able to hear the fuel running thru the fuel rails and returning to the fuel tank continuously.
Got spark then you should have injector clicking when you spun the CAS with the connector still on it as you say you did. I'd backprobe a injector wire at the ECU and make sure there is twelve volts there.

IF you have 12v at the primary and secondary injector wires at the ECU.......err, ahhh, duhhhhh. I'd say check and make sure your ECU grounds are good. The ones on top of the rear rotor housing. You can check them at the ECU by pulling the plug off and checking, preferably with the key to OFF.
Tried another ECU?????? Opps, I'm changing into a parts swapper. Definition of a Parts Swapper is a Avionics Techy in the USAF. They spend months in training to learn which way to turn the installation screws on the black boxes so they can swap the boxes out, over and over and over again. We call them Cone Heads in civilian life. There's nothing more dangerous than a Cone Head who is Polish.

jeff, come on MSN omg!
If your injectors are not firing and they have power, I'd check that you reconnected the injector ground wire on the engine block, and even trace the wires on the injectors to make sure they all can see ground. I'm not sure if (stock) the ground or power is switched, so you may have to spin the CAS while checking.

ok I finally got spark, and fuel... and fuel pressure, Injectors are clicking fuel rails have adequate pressure 40 psi. and I still can't get it to start I have stabbed the CAS several times... I am beginning to think that there might be some problem with the wiring... because it sounds like it isn't firing at the right time.. I have yet to check timing with a timing light but that will be on monday... I am getting really pissed, I knew there was a reason I went to haltech in the first place... lol wait that was because of all the other stuff I wanted to do
