Exclamation No emissions, need help w/idle

Ok I just got finished removing and blocking of the BAC, ASV, and ACV.
Soaked and cleaned my UIM and TB. Capped off vacuum lines and looped the BAC coolant line.

I got it all back together and the idle now drops to 1000 then climbs to 2000 then drops down....up, down...etc.

Is this a result of no emissions or a vacuum leak or what?
Should I have to re adjust my SAFC?
The TPS is spot-on in spec 1k-4.9k.

I have my emissions gone too and my idle sometimes travels but not a 1000rpm. Mine travels 100-200rpms, but i also have a very agressive street port. You might want to double check all vacuum lines.

An oscillating idle can also be the TPS. If you took off the TB and knocked the TPS at all, you should recalibrate it. See Idle Troubleshooting for help.

It was a vacuum leak of sorts.
My secondary throttle plates were sticking open. And since the TPS reads off of the primary plates, I was dumping more air than it knew.

Idle is settling around 650-700. Alittle low but I can bump it up with the set screw.
And I must say, a clean UIM is a happy UIM.

Thanks for the help though.
