He wants to speak Japanese with somebody. Mine is rusty after moving back stateside four years back. Language is a perishible skill, use it or lose it.
To see what he wrote, right click on mothing and choose encoding. Choose Japanese(Auto-Select) is you have Japanese language support setup. It can be downloaded from Micro$oft's site in most cases. Depends on the OS.

僕も日本人と同時に米国人です。カリフォルニア州のロ スアンゼルス周辺に住んでいます。FC3Sを購入したいと思ってい ますけれど。いまだにTIIかN/Aか悩んでます。ま 、他人と日本語の会話ができて僕 ﾍ光栄です。
Man, it is such a hassle to type in Japanese. I just wanted to experiment to see if the forum would support it. Spool Up, are you running a Japanese OS or are you running the Japanese Imput Method Editor in Windows XP like me?

byt he way i took 3 years of japanese in HS and elarned to read adn write in kanji, hiragana, and katakana...but damn i havent been using the language and am hella rusty. prolly cant even write or understand most kanji. oh well my loss.
