NGK Spark Plug Wire Differences

So I have a brand new set of NGK spark plug wires that I used in my 86 NA, will these spark plug wires work on an 85 RX7 with the 1.3 distributor engine?

And they don't fit the distributor cap.
Other than that, they're great.

what does length matter? I can see in a high HP engine length making a difference, but not a stock 13b

It's not the (probably irrelevant) performance loss, it's a packaging issue.
The FC wires would have at least a foot too much length (probably more) and would dangle like spaghetti...as though GM had designed them.
