NGK R R6794 spark plugs

Is anybody using these spark plugs on the fc?
I decided to do some maintenance on my other fc that I got from japan a few weeks ago, and when I removed the spark plugs I discovered that it had NGK R R6794-9 for the leadings and R6794-10 for the trailings. I cannot find any info on them. Are they discontinued or something?

Any help?

Thanks

the NGK's Plug Numbers On an N/A Stock engine are : BUR7EQ,and BUR9EQ...if you go Platinum, add a "P" to that Sequence.(so BUR7EQP ans BUR9EQP)..those other plugs you Have,I don't know about. But I can attest to the "BUR" Line of NGK plugs..ZERO problems.

I know about the NGK BUR range of spark plugs. On my other TII I am running 4 NGKs BUR9EQ. I asked about these plugs (R6794-9 and R6794-10) in case someone runs them. By the way the car runs fine with them and I really like them.

in japan they normally run plugs 2 steps colder than what we run here mostly because they are just so badass. but thats prolly what those are. i cant confirm it because i dont know **** about them. but i have gotten some core engines from overseas with way cold plugs.

I run the NGK R series in my car with 10's on the bottom and 11's on top. They are pricee but they work great!
the part numer I have is R6725-10 (for the 10's)

These are Racing plugs which is why they have the R in the part number.
They run over $30 a plug.

So those are "racing plugs?" Are they needed for rx7s with high horsepower or do the regular NGKs work fine?

The (thin) single ground electrode induces a more concentrated spark - see NGK literature on this matter.

The OP listed both a "9" and a "10" heat range spark plug.
Normal NGK plugs only come in 9, 10.5, 11, and 13.
I find it odd that NGK made the 10's for Trust only.

You know how much these spark plugs cost?
If you did, I'm sure you'd question if you need them or not!

I saw you posted they were $30 a spark plug. Correct? If that's right then yea I'm sure my completely stock car will be happy with the regular NGKs.

they not only, like ted says, spark better. but the colder plugs are better for a non turbo race car, or modded turbo car
