newbie rx7 question

hey guys im a newbie to the rx7 world and have decided to buying an 2nd gen rx7 for drifting. i wanted to know if u guys can fill me in to the diffrent models of the rx7 from the tII to the gtu. body diffrences, chassy diffrence. things like that. i was looking for a 89-91rx7 if that helps. tanx

read the FAQ and all the other stickys, by any chance, r u purchasing a rx7 because u watched too much initial D??

Man these posts make me feel like an experienced RX owner!

Dude! You need to READ!!! I spent a month here reading the archives and everything I didn't understand and this is what I can tell you about buying an RX. Look at everyone you find, drive as many as you can and do not focus on flashy crap...its just rice.

ummm. I liked Initial D too but this is real life dude, I hope your 30 and very skilled.
