Newbie Build TII S4
Well im still fairly new to the whole rotary scene but im starting a new build. So far ive got RB Turbo back exhaust, AEM UEGO a/f, Auto meter boost and coolant temp gauge, Throttle body mod, fd fuel pump and 680 cc secondaries, ive just ordered the haltech ps 1000 it will be in next wednesday at which point im also picking up a camera lol, anyways ill be putting that in as well as a custom cold air intake, and im thinking about ordering a bnr stage 4 any suggestions? also my transmission seems to make an excessive backlash noise? any idea how much it is to rebuild?

update: well after doing emissions delete, throttle body pnp, omp delete, 680cc injectors installed on secondary fuel rail, 2 550cc injectors were cleaned and flow tested, installed banjo bolt on primary fuel rail, installed mazdaspeed 8.5mm bright blue, installed greddy type rs blow off valve, RB fcd, and greddy profec type s boost controller. i went to try to start the car, ran extremely rich, no power, tons of white smoke, i can now start it if i have the fuel pump unplugged and it idles ok, but if i plug the connector in the car immediatly bogs down and dies??? im not sure if i have the fuel lines backwards or perhaps the spark plug wires backwards, ive also tested all 4 injectors for leaks and there all okay, so im not sure why theres so much fuel getting in the engine. the haltech ps1000 showed up but i decided i want to have the car running before i install it but it looks very nice, ill try to post pictures tonight please give me some advise on the flooding.

Well the tps seems out of wack so I ordered the haltech tps since it reads the whole range and I filled Jerry cans with pre-mix to fill the car, the 680cc injectors are on the secondaries and even when I swapped them out to check for injector leaks it didn't change anything, I'm unsure of my fuel pressure but I am going to go ahead and order a fuel presure regulator unfortunatly I'm away for work for 14 days but parts should be in at that point I'll post some pics and a video later tonight

A full range TPS is not going to work with the stock ECU. Period.

And about the trans backlash the sound coming from my transmission is similar to the sound made when you have to much backlash in a differential which I'm sure is indicating that the gears it is making the noise in are wore out

hmmmmm are you sure the injectors arn't leaking? Did you remember to put that little spacer back when you put the primary injectors back on? a lot of people tend to forget about that little piece. also, you car won't run right the way you have it right beacause of the stock ecu, when your haltech comes in and you install it you mite beable to find the problem.

Well it's possible, but I know I out the grommet on the bottoms, the grommet with a groove and oring on the top I didn't know there was another piece, and wouldn't it leak out on top of the engine?
