Newb question comin at ya!

I'm buying an 87 t2 with 121k km's. It was rebuilt 5k km's ago.

The question is, will this rebuilt t2 be able to make a straight through 10 hour drive? Taking into consideration that the temperature and turbo should be fine.

vary the engine speed as youre driving to properly break in the engine.

So something like 100 km/hr for say 15 minutes then 90 km/hr for 15 minutes then speed up? This is mostly going to be highway driving by the way.
