I've done tons of upper gaskets. They are easy to make and you can leave whatever as overlap.
The overlap is not the issue. The issue is that the port in the upper would have about 1mm of gasket material or less on the primary runners. The pics I took show the green sharpie all the way to the edge of the inboard part of the runner. No amount of gasket overlap is going to fix that. The upper either needs to be filled in that small "U" section between the primary runners, or I get a billet adapter.

You're just not getting it for $150. This thing is easy peasy but to be worth my time? $250. Plain aluminum no anodize. You guys do the ground work. I know what even cheap aluminum tooling plate costs, CNC time, etc. $150 is just too cheap.

Filling the small section with a little weld is nothing amd you wont need an adapter

That is the plan for now. I know it's nothing to a person that has a TIG welder and a milling maching to true the gasket face, but I have neither of those things. I am so far off from that point in getting it done that I will wait until I find a reputable welder to get it done.

I forgot about this. No, I'm not done and won't be. Besides price is demand. Do all that ground work just to sell like, two, and be stuck with the investment. Are you done yet?
