they are the universal 4bolt 4x100 and 4x114.3
what is the difference between a wheel and a rim

well, since someone needs to get it technical, the rim is the metal part between your hub and your tire. The wheel is the assembly of those three. Nice rims btw.

they are 17"x8" front and rear not sure on the tire size or brand but he said i will need two new ones but for 250 cdn not to bad at all
