Heres the picture and how AaronCake says to do it.
You're not pulling out any gear assembly...
Rotate the engine until the first timing mark lines up.
Pull the cover from the CAS.
Remove the CAS.
Turn it so the notch on the bottom of the CAS shaft lines up with the dimple in the gear.
Hold the trigger wheel with your thumb so it doesn't skip around.
Install CAS. You may have to turn the body slightly to get it in place.
The end result should show the trigger wheels in the above position.

I did the search but the search function on the forum drives me nuts. Fortunately, Google handled the search "RX7 hitman timing CAS" quite well and delivered Hitman's site.
The "FSM way" picture is exactly like Aaron's and matches what I stumbled on when stabbing the CAS. But I'll hit it with the timing light again.
Question, if the timing marks show up, it is right with no possibility of being 180 degrees off, correct?
I just want to be sure I've eliminated timing as a possibility.
