non-turbo rear end swap to lsd question - help
I just finished swaping out the rear end of my 91 non turbo to a 89 turbo lsd diff and I was wondering how often and how loud should the noise of the lsd diff be? If any at all.
Also, along with the lsd diff I also swaped out both rear axels to fit the new diff and created new pinion flange holes to match the non turbo drive shaft.
I just drove it around the block for the first time and there was a bit of noise from behind me, even in a straight line at about 35mph.
Thanks

The part had been inspected and I'm not sure if it's a whinning. It sounds like if your brake rotors had a layer of rust and the pads were rubbing against it, but the car has sat for about 3 years so now I'm wondering if rear rotors, brakes or bearing and maybe it just needs to be driven a few miles.
