would there be any reason that the radio would effect my sunroof. When the radio wasnt installed (neither factory or aftermarket) the sunroof worked. after installing the aftermarket radio and taking the driver side door and under dash speakers out the sunroof stopped working. all the speakers int the car were blown. ive checked the fuses and ive searched the problem but im stumped
any help would be helpfull.

 

there is a 3 prong plug on the drivers side a-pillar that supplies power to the sunroof and reading lights, you could just run a 12v ignition on source to it. or at least check if it is getting power. if it is getting power you will need to diagnose the sunroof. if its not getting power than check it at the fuse. if the fuse isn't getting power something is messed.
