New plugs after ATF?

I remember reading that the plugs should be changed after running the ATF because they get dirty...but isn't the whole point of running the ATF to CLEAN the rotor housing and rotor?

My plugs have 2000 miles on them only...is it ok if I run ATF and put the same plugs in again?

And you just unscrew the plugs, put in some ATF, leave it for 24 hours, put the plugs back in adn run in it??
Thats it? And this really works!?

The ATF will foul the plugs. The car is supposed to be started with the ATF in it, after 24 hours, to burn it out. After the smoke clears, youll need new plugs.
