New (old) injectors and hesitation

I just replaced my badly leaking primaries with cleaned ones. Now I'm getting major hesitation when I put the car under load under 4k rpm.
Doesn't matter the rpm (under 4k), but whenever I put it under load I get the major hesitation. Any ideas?

First question is-

Was the issue there before you had them cleaned?

If answer is no then recheck the work you just did. :-)

Need to verify that both injectors are operating.

Did you check to make sure the injector o-rings were good?

By clean injectors do you mean like sent out to be cleaned, if so check to see if you have a flow-chart from the company.

Also check to make sure you plugged the clip back in.

Also, did you remember to plug in your TPS while reinstalling the manifold?

By clips, are you referring to the metal wire clips on the connectors? If those aren't on, the connector can work loose and the injector will then fail to operate.

I took the assembly apart again and noticed that one of the injectors did not seal correctly. Put everything back together and the hesitation is gone, tho my original problem of it running *real* rich is still there.
Gonna check my WTS connections and try to figure out what else might cause the problem.

Compression check?
Tune Up? (plugs, wires, possibly coils, etc.)

Checked the connections on the WTS. Could ignition timing cause it to run very rich?

Have you checked fuel pressure? What makes you believe it is running rich?

Also need to test the Coolant temp sensor for the ECU.

What could cause the fuel pressure to increase?

A faulty fuel pressure regulator! leak in vacuum hose to regulator or that hose being off.
