new manifold?

I'm building a monster s4 motor, my question is what manifold flows the best? FD or RE? I have a fd upper manifold and TB put before i have an adapter plate made to bolt it on to a s4 lower manifold! i thought about the RE, since the blocks are pretty close will the lower and upper bolt right on a s4 block? but more importently! will the RE out flow the FD?

FD has a bigger throttle body, but the Cosmo intake manifold should flow better for high RPM use.
