New maf sensor problems?!?

I accidentally messed up my mass air flow sensor for my 88" s4 the other day so I when out and bought a new one.
I installed it and noticed that my idle was lower then usual,
I took it for a spin and the car would bog out when I switch to neautrual,
The idle is really jumpy as well.
Dirty connector to maf?
Air leak?
Any ideas?

Are you using another S4 maf or did you try and wire in the s5 maf?

The ecu has a starting map, it ignores most of the sensors besides CAS and clt sensor for starting. That smoke cloud could be oil rings, coolant, or leaking injectors.
