New kid in town

whats up guys Im new to the forum I have a 1990 gxl Igot at a good deal because it had been sitting. Ive got someone putting racing beat exhaust and cold air intake on as well as fixing any other problems. Ive enjoyed reading and learning how to be a rotorhead

compression check was good It did sit for about 3 months. if it runs good now will it still likely blow a seal ? Ineed all the help I can get THANKS EVERYONE

If it has only been sitting 3 months, then don't worry too much about it...6 months or greater is when you might want to start to worry.

No, it is a BAD idea to use the ATF treatment UNLESS the engine is flooded or carbon locked.

i wouldn't do atf unless started above as aaron said i've also used it to try to regain compression on a low compression motor. other than that don't use it it's not worth it it doesn't do anything on a healthy motor. congrats on the new purchase may your rotor days be long! i wouldn't worry about the seals or anything as long as the compression check checked out.
