New Injectors...Need some advise.

I believe i need new injectors, because of the massive flooding i get after i drive the car and then shut the engine off. Wont start right away, have to wait a long time. Anyways so i am looking at getting some performance stuff and wondering what you guys might consider. Im pretty new to tuning so help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
PS. what should i get along with the injectors for a better combination/performance?

You should check the compression. This is the easiest to do. It sounds like your engine might be due for an overhaul. If the compression is good, address the fuel injectors. I assume you have a N/A, so I suggest removing the injectors and sending them to cruzinperformance.com They charge $12 per injector for cleaning, blueprinting and flow testing. They do a good job.

Check compression first as flooding can be a sign of low compression.

Equally as often flooding is caused by leaking injectors. If that's the case, don't repalace them. Have them professionally cleaned at an injection shop. Since you are Aylmer, give Roy's Diesel a call in London. They'll do it for about $20 per injector. If your car is stock and you want to replace the injectors, use another set of stock injectors. No need to upgrade if you are running stock boost.

thats the thing...im not sure i want to keep it stock :P again im new to tunning/modding vehicles so i was wondering what i could do that involved better injectors if i were to replace them, unless i can save my money and mod something else for more performance. My budget is around 1500 canadian right now. I need to fix the Powersteering problem, the windshield wiper problem,(only have one speed),flooding problem, ....yeah i think thats it for safety and e-test. then mods for more power. Any more advise?
PS. also you got the number for Roy Diesel or can i find that in phone book?

Before squandering money on a new turbo manifold, or a ground wire kit, I strongly recommend checking the compression. Why buy high performance aftermarket parts for a possibly (probably) worn engine. I recommend the compression test first because it will tell you which direction to go. That way, you can spend the money on a good rebuild. Besides, I think you need to do other supporting modifications before upgrading the turbo manifold.

There's nothing you can do unless you also intend to use something to control them (S-AFC, Standalone, etc.).

unless i can save my money and mod something else for more performance. My budget is around 1500 canadian right now.
That should cover the fuel system and a few other minor things.

I need to fix the Powersteering problem, the windshield wiper problem,(only have one speed),flooding problem, ....yeah i think thats it for safety and e-test. then mods for more power. Any more advise?
Before you even think of modding, FIX everything first. Go over the entire car and fix all the little problems. Replace the filters, belts, hoses, etc. Then you can start to think about modding the car.

PS. also you got the number for Roy Diesel or can i find that in phone book?
Phone book. Just look in the white pages under "R". I saw the number this morning but didn't think to write it down.
