new injectors and fuel rail

I ahve a 87 rx-7 non turbo. I want to get some of those bosch 1200 cc injectors. For those though you need a custom fuel rail. They dont make a fuel rail for the 13b for the 87. I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get my hands on one. I just bought my car. I have some questions about the exhaust. I have a pre-cat and a cat. Do i have to remove them both in order to remove my air pump. Is that were the egr block off plates come into play??

Why are you looking to install 1200cc injectors on an NA. Do you plan on putting a t2 engine with a huge turbo in and running massive boost? Otherwise you will just be flooding the hell out of your poor engine.

PS The rotary is the replacement for dissplacement.

I plan on putting a s5 turbo. Last night i got beat by a probe gt. I think new injectors would be the way to get most hp gain other than turbo or adding a third rotor. If you have any other suggestions shoot.

you're wrong buddy...adding the injectors will NOT add power...i don't know what mods you have already, but if your car is stock, upgrade the exhaust and intake, next take some load off the car, and when your engine goes, get a port job with the rebuilt....
now if you're thinking about going turbo, then go turbo first, then get an open exhaust, intake, fuel pump, injectors, a haltech (safc if haltech is a no go), and of course, the gauges to go along with the new toys...oh and don't forget to get it dyno tuned....

edit: to get the most power without going turbo or getting a 20b is N2O...
