New injector o-rings and now it leaks?

So I ordered brand new lower insulators, upper dust seals, and injector o-rings from mazdatrix, and after installing them and presurizing the system, I was greeted by the lovely sight of fuel spraying from where the injectors go into the fuel rail (mainly on the secondaries, but there was a small leak on the primaries too). The weird thing is that i tired putting the old seals back in, and it stopped spraying for the first five minutes, but then they gave up and it started leaking too. I have stock injectors and rails, and mazdatrix ensures that I have the correct parts. Any ideas? Could I try putting an extra o-ring between the injector and lower insulator to make a tighter seal, or are the o-rings at the top just not doing their jobs?

Did you "lubricate" the o-rings before trying to install the fuel injectors back into the fuel rails?
Those o-rings are easily damaged on installation, especially when you don't wet them with gasoline or a little (motor) oil.
One you nick the o-ring, fuel leaks are a guarantee.

Ya you can't just pop them in. You have to slowly work them in and do what ReTed said.

Petroleum jelly and bearing grease also works well. In a pinch I've used "personal lubricant" which seemed to do the job too. Saliva works if you are at the side of the road. It's a real pain to force the injectors into the rail without some kind of lubricant.

like everyone said above remove and lube them up. i doubt they tore unless you were very rough putting them in but they more than likely rolled and pinched themselves. Lube them up an push them in slowly while twisting and rocking side to side.

They tore, and if not, they rolled out, which could cause them to tear or flatten out in which they won't be good any more. O-rings tear VERY easily. It takes nothing to do so when installing the injectors.
