I just installed a RB header, bonez cat, and catback on my 91 vert. When I started it I pulled out of the garage and let it sit for a while checking for exhaust leaks. As I was looking under, I noticed that the middle of my new bonez cat was glowing orange.

My questions is, is this normal? The whole cat wasn't completely glowing, just the middle section and note this was at night. I don't have any problems with the car as far as I know, everything works good, no vacuum leaks or anything. Should I be worried about this? I just want to make sure because I don't want to end up burning up the cats that I just got.

Well I went out for a drive today, I came back the cat doesn't seem to be glowing at all when I look at it? This is during the daytime now. I would assume it might of been because it was really dark out and it being a new cat on first start possibly?
