rebuild and turbo set up opinions

Im thinking about getting my engine rebuilt, and while its out putting a larger turbo, injectors, and standalone all at once. I have been searching and checking everything out, but I want to get some opinions for rotary experienced fellows. My exhaust and intercooler are all ready done also.
I'm looking for opinions on...

Injector size
Turbo size
exhaust manifold+wastegate
engine rebuild specifics ( like should i just do apex seals or dowelling etc)
standalone options ( im thinking power fc)

all and all I want a set up capable of 400 whp, but to drive around at 325-350whp on pump gas. Thanks everyone

GT35R. Bolt on kits available from most of the vendors. PowerFC is fine.

cheapest bang for your buck(if you want to get by as cheaply as possible but still be dependable) would be a Master power T70 turbo and either a power FC with adapter harness or a microtech LT10. injector size i would go with 720 primaries and 1600 secondaries. fuel pump depends on how much power you plan on pushing out, walbro 255's are good to about 500 wheel horsepower on race fuel. you can step up the turbo size to whatever your goals are, a ball bearing turbo will help retain low end power but also is more $.
