New Exhaust
Spend it on a custom 6in all the way through exhaust..only pipes, no muffler.
Actually, a majority is about to say racingbeat. But a cheap and good alternative is Borla. I like it because you can just buy the muffler and nothing else.

i've got ssautochrome 3" turbo back on my turbo II, but I don't think it is made anymore. I got mine for $200 bucks. It increased my horsepower like so much, I could get to 100mph way faster. then I blew up my engine trying out my top speed 150mph, a couple days later my fd fuel pump, and rb fcd came in. btw, my engine blew because my ecu didn't have a fuel cut at that time, i later found out that the increased boost had blown the vacuum hose off of the pressure sensor. but I suggest calling all of the local exhaust shops and see if anyone can bend a custom exhaust for you, probably use dynomax superturbo straight-thru muffler? hope this helps. zach
Pacesetter is poor products and it is common, just to poor people.
Most recommend RacingBeat, SDJ, or Mindtrain. There are a few other brands but it depends on what you need or what you want (if you need emissions, noise, etc).

Yep, racing beat have excellent products. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. A lot of it depends on the year/model of the car and what kind of sound you want. For example, if you have a s4 NA, the Racing beat presilencer is the only thing I know of that keeps the aux ports working with low backpressure exhaust systems.
For the stuff before catbacks, there arent many good options. Racing Beat is the main one that comes to mind for headers/cat replacement pipes. I've also heard good things about the borla xr-1, especially for noise reduction.
As for cat-backs, there are more options. You can get the racing beat catbacks for a more subdued sound, or the apex N1 or corksport catback it you like it louder. All of those are good quality products.
I'm sure there are more out there, but those are the most common.

Corksport
APEXi
RacingBeat
Bonez
I have a bonez superflow (presilencer/highflow cat) into a stock tii catback, nice setup, heavy but nice, not too loud
Pacesetter is a polished turd, the Quad exhaust tip thing doesnt fit the car either

Actually the Pacesetter fits in nicely if its installed properly.
There are a ton of better choices out there. Shop around and look for sound clips. See what is worth while in price, power, and sound.

You can buy JUST an RB muffler. Who said you couldn't?
