Man, I feel for You as I just went through this crap. Dont know what to say but check over everything twice. I know You have checked the fuses but double check Your main relay and EGI relay. Check the EGI fuse and all that good stuff. My car is a 3rd Gen so I cant help that much but I know it sucks and took Me some time to figure out My problem. My car would not spark due to Me moving the ignitor over so I could fit a MSD box in that spot. I never grounded the ignitor properly so it would not fire. Try searching the 3rd gen section if nothing pops up in the 2nd gen, and good luck.

accually I just finished testing the Cas the resistance is 154,156ohm, so that isn't the problem also i just finished checking the coils resistance 0.7ohm. both good. so I am not too certain exactly WTF is going on. Anyone else?

Go to your boost sensor and see what the voltage is on the brown/white wire. If you don't see approx 5 volts, and you know all the fuses are good, then I would expect that you have a part burnt out in the ECU. The lack of the 5v reference voltage is just a symptom of a bad ECU in my opinion. Or the lack of the 5v at the tps. Like I said, its a symptom of a bad ECU. It's not written in stone anywhere.

Can anybody tell me what a 90 TII pressure sensor should have what wires to which plug because i think that something got screwed up there! if that is the case could that cause a no spark situation?

yes there is 5.2vdc at the brown/white wire on the pressure sensor, just checked! so could the pressure sensor being wired incorrectly in the plug cause a no spark situation if so could anybody give me which colour to which pin location?

If your CAS and coils ohmed out to proper values and your coils have a good ground then I'd start looking at the FSM electrical diagrams and checking for broken wires. (obviously start at the CAS and trace appropriate wires to the coils)

I saw many wires in my harness where the insulation was brittle and wires were exposed or broken. happens when it gets bent around after laying in the same configuration getting baked for >12 years.

Good Luck, Sucks to be so close and have spent so much time and it still doesn't work.....I destroyed my oil pump while trying to start the first time and had to go back in and replace it

zub; the harness is only a year and a half old, so the wires should not be brittle however i will try and discect the problem! hopefully it is at the top! Thanx

Does anybody else have any other suggestions?

I might have to start over here,
I have a 1990 TII, with a brand new street ported engine, and new T04 Turbo, I am getting fuel this i know for a fact I am not however getting any spark, I have tried the following;

disconnected AFM = still no spark
repositioned CAS = still no spark
checked main relay = still no spark
checked resistanc on coils 0.7ohm = Good
checked resistance on CAS 154,155 = Good
checked the voltage on pressure sensor 5.1vdc = ECU still good

now here is the deal i have checked that the black and yellow wires on the coils, and do not have 12vdc+, but the relay is recieving power.

On another note I do not think that the pins are correct on the pressure sensor, if that is the case would that cause a no spark condition?

Ok now the black and yellow wires leading to the coils now have 12vdc+. so what might be the cause of the no spark condition?

Well try holding the spark plug to a good ground, like on the block or a bracket.Spark plugs still require a good ground to spark.I have done so many tests on spark to know this.Just hanging them over the fender won't do it.Try removing the fuel line and turn on the fuel pump and see if fuel sprays out.Make sure to use a container to catch the fuel.Could also be air in your fuel lines.Try priming your injectors.

I did remove the fuel line it is spraying out fuel, the spark plugs still are not sparking when i ground them to the block. so there is another problem yet other than that! come to think about it I don't think that my tack bounces when i try and start it!

Hmm still no sparky.Seems like the coils are not getting a signal to fire.Double check your connections at the ecu. Check for possible shorts or wires that may have broken during the engine swap.Check all the wires to the ignition including all the wiring under the dash.Maybe the ignition switch itself.

Well I think it's in the wiring.
Good Luck
Danny

If you want to know what it was... well it was the pressure sensor, the clip, the wires were in the wrong locations! It is great!
THANKS ALOT!
