hey guys,

ok i just installed my new Green cone air filter(www.greenfilters.com) on my 91 NA. i covered the air pump with a piece of cloth since i didnt get a breather filter yet. so the car feels good till about 6k then it just seem to stop making power and doesnt go all the way to 8k close but not all the way. i removed the cloth thinking that it was to restrictive and not letting my 5/6th ports open. still no good. anyone else experience this sort of issue on their S5?

i have RB header and presilencer and some suspension things.

anyone know why its running worse now then it was before the filter? is there something i missed? this is my first S5, i had an S4 before but thats a different story.

Did you mess with anything else while putting the filter on?

 

no nothing i found the O2 sensor wire melted to my headers but no change when i fixed that. ther eis more information in the link for the other thread.

i havent tried to reset the ecu yet probly a good idea though. thanks
