The TII is a good drifter even stock. Once you start reaching the limit of the car you should try and modify your suspension first since in drifting power isn't a real concern unless you have some large rubber.
Learn first, then upgrade. A stock car with posi's can slide it around, when you get better, throw some suspension on there. Performance basically comes last. A TII has all you need. This is all in the "Drift Bible" anyway, which is actually a pretty entertaining DVD and something I thought all aspiring drifters own or have seen repeatedly. POWA OVA.
