hey guys, i'm new so as my first question. i just bought an 89 gtu. i have been told that this car is rather rare. is this true. i'm also new to the rotory scene and any basic info is very appreciated. thanks guys

 

Welcome! BTW the GTU is not rare... the GTUs is rare.

Welcome. If you have a teeny little S after GTU, then you are a winner. Don't forget, check/change the oil regularly and don't let your car overheat! Have fun!

 

thanks for the info. ill check tomorrow to see. so whats rare about the gtus. is there anything special about them. (id imagine what a dumb question)

 

only thing really special is the rearend which has 4.30 gears. other than that no not really there light, they have all manual windows and mirrors, no sunroof. couple other little things
