New Car!

Guys, I'm new to the forum and I don't know much about cars. A new friend of mine apparently had an rx7 1990 turbo II, just sitting in his garage that he never cared to drive. I was left to him when his step brother passed away about 8 years ago and has been driven very little since. I just bought the car for $2000 with 65000 miles and NOS already equiped... He just didn't want the car. Was that a deal or what? lol

Yeah here in the next couple days, I'll get some pics and more info up. I'm not sure what all his stepbrother did too it, but I'll find out and fill ya in But for the car and the condition its in... even if it was just stock.. 2000 bucks is a steal am I right?

yep.... if you look at the for sale section... s5 t2's (which yours is... s4 = 2nd gens from 86-88, s5 = 2nd gens from 89-91) go for quite a bit.. if it's in good running condition, with good compression, that's a hell of a steal. There are s5 t2's with blown motors going for that price... and 65k on the chassis is nothing on a 13 year old car...

Good shape w/65K on a s5...you can resell it for ~45-6000 depending on shape and condition.
