New block from RX7 Specialties

My new block from RX7 Specialties in Calgary came in a week ago. 87 Turbo block $2098 shipping tax/shipping included and all the gaskets to do a swap. I got it put in a lil bit ago im now breaking it in. It purrs damn nicely . Finaly a car that actualy idles ! my old engine had a broken apex seal and majority of the vaccum lines were stock and brittle and broken. NOt anymore

So was this a brand new factory engine or a rebuild?
