Question New 90 rx7

Hi everyone, i am new to the mazda world. I am purchasing a 90 rx7 with a 13b turbo swap. I am not too knowledgable about fc's and i wanted to ask everyone what they think of this vehicle before i purchased it. I am pretty sure there are alot of people here who are extremely intelligent about this type of rx7 so i am going to put up some pics of this vehicle to try to get some help, thanks and i look forward to hanging out and learning more.

i dont know what alot of this means, so if you can help me out, that would be cool
it has a few differences in the pics, he sold the volk wheels, and put a new shift boot on.
I just need some help knowing if its a good buy.

car is 1990 mazda RX-7 GXl with full TII conversion
black exterior, black interior. interior is mint, exterior is still nice.
car has 135k miles, motor rebuilt when purchased 11k miles ago.

specs:
13bt single turbo dyno'd 215 @ wheels.
Tein HA coilovers w/ camber plates 16 way adjst
custom FMIC hks style
Blitz BOV
apexi 3" turbo back
apexi boost gauge and turbo timer
Koyo radiator
optima battery
more i cant think of....

i think that is worth 5500 .. if the motor has 11 k on the rebuild.. and it already has a fmic. the car looks to be in good conditon .. i can see that being worth 5500. offer him 5 . thats a good platform to work off of.

The headlights seem broken, but otherwise, it looks like a decent car. Missing the tie-down strap on the battery, but that's all I can see wrong with it from the pictures.
