I have a new autometer water temp gauge, and it never shows more than 145-150F...Wtf?!

Is that a problem?

I have a Koyo rad and mix of 60% De-ionized water with 40% coolant.

That is 65 degrees C. Much too cold.

Missing a thermostat? Stuck open?

Where is the probe located? 150 coming out of the rad may not be bad.....coming out of the engine thats too cold though.
