VA Need your opinion

Hey guys,
I am currently looking at a rx7 and i just had some concerns about it before i actually made the purchase. i am new into rx7s and have had 2 87 turbos before as projects which didnt turn out as planned which is why i wanted to run some stuff by you guys first to make sure im not getttng into something i dont want to get into again. The car is a 1987 turbo. the problem is the turbo seals are blown. i know this can lead to smoke which the car does a little of at idel, but also the owner has installed 720cc injectors which he says is the reason for it to be hard to start sometimes? idk if this would cause this so thats why i am asking. Will installing the 550cc injectors fix this? He has an extra s5 turbo he will give to me with the sale to compromises for the blown seals. is that all there is to fixing blown turbo seals? Installing a new turbo alone? These are the two things are the only problems he has mentioned. Feel free to leave a comment for it is much appreciated.

Well, the first step would be to look at Aaron's website: http://aaroncake.net/RX-7/buy2.htm

Do a compression check. Very first thing, every time. If it's hard to start, that *could* be a sign of low compression, maybe not. A blown turbo seal is easily fixed, but be careful. If it smokes, it could also mean that the rotor oil control rings are worn out.

Did the owner install the 720cc injectors in the primary or secondary rail? Or both? Did he say a reason why? Did he do anything for fuel management after installing the larger injectors?
