Guys,
I need help finding a local t2 shortblock for relatively cheap. I live in philly, and can drive to pick it up, can even devote a full day to it.. I have had bad luck with motors and the JDM t2 motor I had bought to install in my GSLSE is shot, I guess it sat too long..So it is sitting in the car now waiting to be transplanted..I have been trying to build this car for years and I am struggleing financially but the car is fully built to support the motor. I got a newer s5 turbo and manifold (not installed) Haltech,LW FW, Haltech,fmic,ect. I will also have this motor, an s4 turbo and manifold from the jdm engine, along with the original GSLSE motor to trade for parts or discount.. Someone please help me before I give up on this car, I really don't want to but it has not ran in years and the car is in great condition. Any help is greatly appriciated, I just dont have the funds to buy a new motor. I just want to get the car driveable for now. Thanks again.
