Need some suggestions. My car is going vroom vroom vroom on its own at idle!
my 88 5 speed vert is doing the vroom vroom vroom at idle now. Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what i should look at? its just as fast as before and feels great but started out just idling higher than normal( around 1100 or so rpms) and then started doing the vroom vroom. Would the Bac Valve be the culprit? I cleaned it out about 2 months ago and i havent let the car cool down enough to check that out again but if theres anything else i should check out if yall could let me know what and in the whereabouts of where it is id appreciate it. I figure its a valve of some sort thats clogging up. The car is bone stock and maintanance is 100% up to date. Thanks everyone. I did a search but didnt get anything concrete enough to compare to.

Check idle control, bac, rich/lean, etc...
Check timing (my timing is a hair off and it pulses until its warmed up, and when it was super off it would pulse badly).
Also check to make sure your TPS is in spec.
