Check your fuses. If that doesn't work, check for bad bulbs.

It is possible that you have a bad switch, but try the others first.

well as far as electrics go, pistons and rotary engines are not that different. wires, relays, fuses, they all use and run electricity at certain levels and such. SOOOOOO....... just be glad that you know SOMETHING, and don't be so intimidated! Think about your question, based on your experience, when the headlights don't come on does it usually mean you're going to spend a shitload getting them to work correctly? No, jump in there and find out which fuse is busted, what wire is shorted, what switch isn't working, or if the bulbs are burnt out. THEN worry about the money pit of a 20 year old sports car you just bought and start saving for more serious problems that WILL occur in the hopefully not so near future! Read up on the FAQ's, download a FSM, study it, and welcome to the club!

well..... find out where it is all leaking from! fuel leaks are pretty easy to check, look at the lines, the injectors, etc... (and don't drive it!!!) oil leaks are pretty simple too. clean the engine up, then look for where the fresh oil is coming from. These aren't the most expensive problems you can have (well...... they CAN be, but let's hope for the best!) probably just a couple of bad lines, o-rings.....

yes.... gas likes to combust....lol. The brakes MAY be the ABS pump, but I'm not sure if the 88's have ABS.

usually non turbos dont have abs.

lift up the rear carpet, the panel that is on the lef tis the fuel pump, unscrew the panel and remove it, voila, 2 fuel lines, this is where the leak is. replace it with sae30R9 5/16" hose. Brake fluid is your master cylinder more than likely.

oil leak is usually from the pan or the MOP. Most serious cases are from the oil cooler lines.

voila = uhmmmm.... it's a term for..... well..... TA-DAH!! The master cylinder is part of the brake system, just like the brakes on any other car. yes it's under the hood, drivers side.

Well, good luck with the rest of it.. keep an eye out for leaks, and fix them as soon as you can. So are you or are you not seeing a brake-fluid leak?

got fired for drifting a brand new g37 coupe.. well can someone help??
You are lucky anybody helped you after a comment like that. Don't do stupid stuff with your FC... This includes drifting on public streets. Take it to the track.

Keep in mind that there are two ***** on the left side of the dash that operate the pop up lights. The smaller **** pops the lights up but does NOT turn them on. The larger **** pops them up as well as turning them on. Make sure your using the correct ****.
