need some help with my s4 around mid-east

hey, i am looking for someone around the mid-east US to come take a look at my car and diagnose my idle problem(s) etc and just tell me what is wrong with it. i live in northern kentucky (louisville) so anyone who would feel up to this task and lives within one or 2 hundred miles give me a holla.
