Need some help identifying a couple connectors by the ECU

So I just got ahold of this car and I'm haveing a few issues. The body is 86 GXL and the drivetrain is that of an 88 TII. Long story short, I aquired this in the middle of the swap so I'm trying by best pick up where the PO left off. As I pulled back the carpet I noticed that these 2 black connectors aren't hooked up to anything.

In the first pic if the visible plug on the left side has the following colors Black/Red,Green/Red,Black/Yellow,Orange/White, Orange, Brown, Black and a Black/Blue wire then it is for the automatic transmission.

The 2nd plug pic is not as clear so you'll have to list each wire for help.

You say there are only 5 wires but you listed 8 wires?

And mostly Black wire with a thin White stripe is B/W and not W/B.

I can see 4 wires which are B/W, B/Y, G/R and B/L

If the 5th wire is Black/Red then the plug is for the electric cooling fan unit.

That's Green/Red and not Green/Orange. But anyway it's still for the electric fan control unit.

👍🏻 Am I missing a harness then? This connector is a female so what male plugs into it?

Only autos and some turbos have the auxiliary electric fan and your car does not, so there is nothing to plug it into since you do not have the control unit.
