Well I got my new turbo on but I have a problem. I can't boost past 0.5 bar no matter what I do. I turn my boost controller all the way up and thats it, no further. I let it idle and I hear this fairly loud whistling from the engine, not sure where. I am thinking I have a leak somewhere but I'm not sure where at all. Whistling seems to be coming from near the ACV(which is going to get removed tomorrow) but I don't see anything off or broken. Anyone else have this problem? My car is idling a little high too. Any help would be great. Thanks.
