Exclamation In need of some help..

Dear fellow rx-7 owners and enthusiasts, I own a '88 rx-7 non-turbo, and i have broken an alternator belt, would someone be so kindly as to perhaps tell me how to get my new one back on? I figure i have to take my fan off and such, but i was hoping there was a way around it... Please reply.

nope. gotta remove shroud and fans. Not a big deal. Takes like 20 minutes. There are four bolts on the shroud and four nuts on the fan. Really easy stuff

the fan is 4 nuts. the shrud can stay on. so can the fan if you are crafty... you should be able to keep it on.

however you will have to remove the air pump, power steering, and A/C (whichever ones you have) belts first since the alternator is the first one in.
