Need some expertise

I have had my Rx-7 for about 13 years now and have gotten to know most of its tricks and querks but i am kinda stumped, please help. She wont start. The engine compression is 95 each and the engine is only in need of a timing adjustment maybe and some new belts soon. Spark plugs are new. wires are new. starter is new/rebuilt . Battery is new, it would not start untill i got a new one. i had put in a battery from a diffrent car to try to get it to start but it wouldn't so i got the new one and it did...... Drove it around for a few weeks like this but hasn't started since. Now after some bad weather and extreme cold here the car battery is dead so i need to recharge it before i try again but i don't think it will start.
its not flooded. tried the normal deflooding techniques but nothing.
I can hear the fuel pump working.
Anyway... any clues? I was thinking the coils are bad but those are expensive , i still need to test them so i hope they are good. I have heard that weak coil can cause engines to flood too due to not enough voltage getting to the spark plug to make it ignite fuel.

My landlord has given me a few days to get it started or get it towed. I can tow it to my brothers if i have to but i would like to fix this problem either way.

please help

Make sure the fuel filter isnt clogged. Could be the coils. Have you checked the injectors?

fuel filter is new. I have not checked injectors though, I know fuel is getting delivered but maybe its not enough to start the car. If that is not it i guess i will do the coils, though the average price per coil seems to be about 500 each. thanks for the advice, i will check injectors out.
