Hey guys -

Long time no see - sold the FC some time back, and I've been knee-deep in FD's ever since .

I've been helping out at my buddy's shop, Fighter's Garage, here in Pensacola. We just got in an FC that's in a zillion pieces for a customer. Big turbo, rebuilt ported engine, the works are going in to it. I'm going to be building the motor, and I'm trying to sort out what all needs to go along with it. Customer is wanting 350-400 to the ground.

My biggest questions are on the ECU and the injectors. I've been out of the FC game for a while and don't know all the new developments on this front. We're considering either the Microtech or the PowerFC with adapter for ECU. I'm leaning towards Microtech, as tons of FC guys are running them with great success and they're pretty reasonably priced. The PFC would get really pricey with the adapter, and it's still pretty new in the FC world. Any thoughts on the Microtech, and good sources for one?

Next is injectors. His car came with (I think) 75 pound Delphi injectors, like these:



I ran those in my TII back in the day, and remember having a big time trying to fit them right. Dunno if it's worth dealing with those injectors or getting something else. Probably looking at 1600's for the secondaries. Any opinions there?

Also, I'm surprised at FC front mounts. I could have SWORN the Greddy V-spec was like $700 when I bought mine. Seems to be damn near a grand now. Any consensus on front mounts?
