Did some reach and didn't find what i was looking for.

I'm having problems with my car. So i flush out my atf and put new oil in, while i was doing that. My batt. Was low. So i was having it charge while i work on the tranny.When i was done. My friend that was helping me out with my flush of the transmission oil change. Ask me if we should start the car to have the oil move around in the trans. I ask him to remove the charger before starting it. To let it idol and warm up. He said he did not hear me. And started up my car. As i was washing my hands. I heard a loud spark.

I was like what the hell? So we try it again. Car wouldnt start. But my battery was fully charge and i heard my electic fan running and other electic products. But now, Nothing turns on. I remove car wires to battery and put charger back on the battery and it says charge complete.

Connect my battery and still nothing happen, Doesn't make any sounds. While i was trying to solve it myself, I notice my postive wire to the battery was really hot. So what i'm asking for, Why is this happeand how may i go about fixing this. This is driving me crazy, As i had plans to take her out tonight. Guess i'm going to have to use my gixxer. Brrr is cold tonight. Thanks for your help.

 

Probably hooked up the battery backwards.
