Looks like the Engine Harness on the Drivers side of the engine?
That plug I think is a harness to harness connector. Possibly Engine Harness to Dash Harness (or something of the sort?) Look in the FSM for something like that.

Look at connector "FEM-02" in the FSM (s4 86-88) on page 50-22 for turbo and 50-28 for non-turbo.
Edit: Click here for the FSMs Thanks to Team FC3S for kindly hosting these files for all of us to access.

The FSM shows three parts to each wiring section. The chassis diagram that shows you where the corresponding harness section is (are you in the front of the car or the back), the connector wires and colors (FEM-01 & 02), and the pin out of the device they go to (ecu pin out for example).
You have to piece it together yourself. There is a page following each diagram with the plugs/connectors and the colors of the wires that are in each pin of the plug/connector. It doesn't say that pin1 in FEM-02 goes to radio plug pin2 for example. It just tells you the color and you have to follow the harness and lookup the other end. It will either have another plug or it will attach to something like an injector or sensor for example. I have never seen any diagrams that somebody has already labeled what each pin of the plug goes to. It requires a little time with your eyes glued on the book and some spare paper to draw a diagram to best help you comprehend it.
You have to do the reading. It's like saying I want the answer now, but I don't want to do the algebra to get it. Besides, the time you spend looking over the diagrams is time you have to better understand your electrical system and were everything goes.
