Cool Need pics of vert trunk wiring

Well, I did some searching but didn't really turn up what I was after. This all came up because I had the entire harness out of my 91 vert and honestly did not take pictures before I removed it (laziness).

I need some pictures of the wiring arrangement in a convertable trunk enclosure. Basically if you pull off the 3 panels (1 rear and 2 sides), I'd like to see the arrangement of wiring (and cables) to see where they go and how they are laid out.

I think I know where everything plugs in (there's really only 1 place for each plug), but more specifically I'm trying to figure out the exact run of everything so I can snap it back in it's original/appropriate place.

I know this sounds funny, but I'm a little **** and don't really like my wiring just hanging around anywhere.

If you can take some nice, detailed, close pictures on each of the four sides of the trunk, I would really appreciate it. If they're too big to host here, just PM me and I'll have you email them to me.

Thanks!!

Ok Trav, I have a 90 vert, and will get some photos tomorrow. Be a little more specific as to exactly what you want. When you say cables, you mean to the trunk, and the gas cap/filler door, attached to levers on drivers side floor panel?

Mombo, read my first post. Take the 3 inside panels off and take pics of the wiring and cable arrangements. As I said, I know where everything plugs in, I'm just not sure where they clip to the body. I don't know how to make it more clear than my first post.

Thanks!

Trav, you want the pictures or not? Don't cop an attitude with me. I'm the last person you want to be screwing with. You're the one asking for help, remember? I'll think about it now.

Always funny how people read messages in the wrong mindset and get the wrong impression.

Whether you want to help or not is your deal Mombo. Honestly, I've not been real impressed with your helpfulness around this forum, but hey, that's your perogative. If you want to help, the details of what I was after is in the first post -- if you want me to cut and paste the first post again, I will if that makes a difference. If you don't want to help, then don't $hit on my thread.....please.

Any other valuable comments?

Considering all of the "help" that has been shown on your post so far, maybe I'm not the only person "impressed" with your attitude. If you don't like my posts, or my helpfulness, or my willingness to lend a hand, thats your problem, not mine. I come here to learn, and if I feel my input will help, I post. Wrong or right, I at least try. I take photos, hundreds of them when I'm not sure of how things might go back together when I'm done, but I guess that makes me "useless", unlike you.

Good luck on your trunk, and next time take your own photos.

PEACE THE DOG

p.s. By the way, I'm not as big an ******* as you think, I'm worse! And in my next post here, you'll have your photos.

Whatever dude, I'm not going to argue. Sorry for my snide remark, but I tend to get a little irritable when I spend the time to make a detailed post about what I want, and then someone comes along and doesn't read it and asks what I want.

Regardless, if you want to help, then great, I'm appreciative. If not, I'm not losing sleep over it.

If anyone happens to have the pics I mentioned in my first post, please let me know and post them here. If anyone is willing to take them, fantastic, I appreciate the help.

The lighting was bad, the camera's battery was low, I forgot to say "cheese", anyway, here are some photos. Their clarity sucks, I will try again tomorrow. Hope this gets you started.
