The gaskets you can reuse as long as they are still in good shape, I've reused mine plenty of times. Besides there not cheap.

There is no wastegate gasket. its built into the turbo.

you might need a new turbo to manifold and turbo to downpipe gasket. and they are like $50 each..

no it will burn off.

then it will stink.

and you will have exhaust leaks.

possibly rust together?

they use metal for the gasket material for a reason. if your gaskets are in good shape, reuse them. if not, buy new ones...rtv sealant wont cut it.
